Payments

• Please pay in cash. In case of no cash payment, an extra € 2 will be charged.
• Down payments are not refunded.
• Appointments must be canceled/changed 24 hours in advance, otherwise the deposit will be retained and 50% of the treatment will be charged.
• If you are 10 minutes late, an extra € 10 will be charged.
• After 15 minutes late, the appointment will be canceled and 50% of the treatment will be charged.
• For changes to appointments after 24 hours, € 10 in change costs will be added.

Company

• Company is not allowed.

On time

• It is appreciated to be on time for your appointment. Don’t come earlier than 10 minutes early because of breaks.

Refill

• Refill should be between 2 and 3 weeks. There should always be 40% of the lashes still present.

Guarantee

• We give you a 3-day guarantee on the lashes, you can then have them filled free of charge.
• Eye make-up and greasy products are not allowed. If they are used, the warranty will expire.

Allergies

• In case of an allergic reaction, no money will be refunded, removal of the eyelashes is then completely free of charge.
